At Operai, we work for online marketplaces. As account manager, you help sellers on these marketplaces to sell more and provide a high-quality service. It is your job to keep sellers involved and motivated. You do this by scheduling contact moments (evaluations) with the sellers and being personally involved in their success. This allows you to give the seller insight into their performance, and advise what can be improved. As account manager, you are the first point of contact for sales people, so questions will often come to you. You are at the heart of the organisation and can therefore quickly communicate with the rest of the organisation (marketing department, category managers, IT, etc.) to answer questions and solve problems. Who you are
We are looking for someone who…
- Has experience with (selling on) online marketplaces.
- Has basic knowledge of SEO & optimisation of product content.
- Takes initiative to take up tasks himself.
- Pro-actively suggests improvements.
- Is able to work well together
- Wants to develop himself further and share expertise with others.
- Additional knowledge or experience around e-commerce is an advantage.
- A good command of Dutch & English, German is a plus.
